Who
I’m Guilherme — a Senior Delivery AI UX Designer with 5+ years shipping complex, data-dense B2B and SaaS products. Currently at BCG, designing for beverage, energy, and automotive clients. MBA, Certified Scrum Master.
What I do best
Two things. I design AI-native products — making model output legible, trustworthy, and explainable to enterprise users. And I use AI to design faster — an accelerated process across research synthesis, IA, and prototyping.
How I work with AI
- Research synthesis in Claude. Interview transcripts, override logs, feedback threads → coded archetypes in an afternoon, not a fortnight.
- IA before pixels. Turning the archetypes into a single question the interface must answer.
- Rapid prototyping in Figma Make & Claude Design. Three testable variants inside one sprint. Bias toward validation over presentation.
- Instrumented from day one. Every override, thumbs-down, and abandonment feeds the next iteration.
The consulting lens
BCG trained me to lead with the business framing. What’s the number that has to move, and by when? Every case study on this site opens with the outcome — not because it’s trendy, but because that’s the only conversation my stakeholders wanted to have.

Open to senior individual-contributor roles at companies building enterprise AI products. Based in Spain — available for remote roles worldwide, or in person depending on the position.
